Q. What is your cancellation policy:
A. At Your Door Pet Sitter L.L.C requires a one day (24 Hour) cancellation notice prior to the date of the first visit. Failure to provide a cancellation notice in less than one days (24 Hours) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice for schedule pet care payable by the pet owner based
Q. Early returns/last minute changes:
A. It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand that At Your Door Pet Sitter L.L.C carefully schedules our time to service you and our other clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last minute changes to pet care. Once pet care begins, payment is due for the original dates scheduled.
Q. Bedtime care vs. Ultimate Care:
A. Our bedtime care starts at 8pm - 7am. if you want our ultimate care package we are there throughout the day not leaving your pet more than 4 hours at a time. This is a great service for those pets who need a little more tlc. 16 hours of pet care time vs.12 hrs.
Q. Inclement weather:
A. In the event of inclement weather, At Your Door Pet Sitter L.L.C has requested of the name and number of someone nearby. In At Your Door Pet Sitter L.L.C is physically unable to reach your home due to impassable roads, please provide us with this information so that we may contact this person to request assistance. Your pets health in well-being is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as posable to keep you informed.
